These Terms of Service govern your use of VocaHero and the services we provide. By accessing or using our application, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using VocaHero, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Use License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use VocaHero for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms.
User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use VocaHero for any unlawful purposes, to transmit harmful content, or to interfere with the operation of our services.
Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality of VocaHero are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of VocaHero.
In-App Purchases
VocaHero offers an optional one-time non-consumable in-app purchase "Remove Ads" priced at $4.99 USD (or local equivalent set by Apple or Google). This is NOT a subscription — payment is charged once, access is permanent. Purchase removes all banner and interstitial advertisements served by Appodeal mediation in the VocaHero app on your device(s). The purchase does not affect ads in other applications.
Refunds
Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play) per their respective policies. VocaHero does not process refunds directly. To request a refund visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com (Apple) or https://play.google.com/store/account/orderhistory (Google). If a refund is granted, the "Remove Ads" entitlement will be revoked and advertisements will be restored within 24 hours.
Restore Purchases
Your "Remove Ads" purchase is tied to your Apple ID (iOS) or Google account (Android). You can restore the purchase on any device signed in to the same account using the "Restore Purchases" button on the in-app purchase screen. Family Sharing (Apple) is supported if enabled in App Store Connect.
Age Restrictions
VocaHero is suitable for users aged 13 and over. Users under 18 must obtain parental or legal guardian consent before making any in-app purchase. Parents are responsible for monitoring purchases made on their child's device.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and access to VocaHero at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms of Service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes through the app or via email.
